This is the view from our backyard. We are high up on a hill and on a really clear day, we can see bits of the ocean. This place is much more peaceful than our place in busy West L.A.
 Here is the view from our main deck - we overlook the east portion of La Canada Flintridge.

 Our pool and jacuzzi! Since it is so hot in the valley, almost everyone around us has a pool. It's nice and refreshing on a summer's day.
 On the other hand, here's a picture of our house in February, when it snowed! (Snowing is not typical in our area, but I guess it happens every now and then.)
